14 Steps to Deliver Your New Hot Tub

Have no fear! The spa experts are here. This process of delivery and installation will be quick and easy.

Pre-Delivery

1. Walkthrough at your residence (or complete remote photo / satellite mapping image review)
2. Communication with your contractors – via phone or email – to ensure all is squared-away.

Day of Delivery

3. We will bring the spa to your home with trucks and/or trailers

During Installation, we will be happy to:

4. Gently put your spa into place – with our experienced crew on hand
5. Have a team leader will manage the entire process
6. Troubleshoot and manage, in the event problems arise
7. Promise our delivery price will not increase due to unforeseen circumstances, backed by our 100% Cost Guarantee
8. Manage your crane / forklift – you just pay those fees directly

Post-Installation, we will:

9. Walk you through the Owner’s Manual
10. Supply a Customer Satisfaction Survey – for you respond at your convenience
11. Remove and dispose of all protective coverings on spas and swim spas
12. Install Auto Cover lifts, Cover lifters, valets or caddys, bars and other accessories
13. Install and assemble spa steps and other accessories
14. Assist with putting spa cover into place

Not Included with Delivery:

• Patio, deck, or landscaping services (but we can refer to you experienced and trusted contractors)
• Electrical preparation of your home power panel
• Spa or Swim Spa electrical hookup (please arrange to have an electrician on site during delivery)
• Forklift or crane if necessary (if required we can arrange these services – you simply pay the contractors directly)
